LEGO Spider-Man 2 Doc Ock's Fusion Lab
$20.00
Released January, 2004
The Pros:Includes Harry Osborn and an ambulance driver in addition to Doc Ock and Spidey. Ambulance is one of the best accessory vehicles included in a set like this. Stays together pretty well but includes extra parts just in case.
The Cons:Doctor Octopus' arms aren't very well designed--feel a bit flimsy. Ridiculously overpriced now that it's rare (original list price was $20). Doc Ock's lab isn't anything special, a fairly uninteresting backdrop.
The LEGO Spider-Man 2 Doc Ock's Fusion Lab is a construction set that allows the re-creation of the famous movie setting where Doctor Octopus is born. It features minifigures of Spider-Man, Doctor Octopus, Harry Osborn and an ambulance driver, each with custom paint work and accessories that help clearly represent the characters.

A fully detailed ambulance vehicle is part of the set and has a very sturdy construction that is compatible with other LEGO playsets. The lab setting itself is large enough to accommodate all of the minifigures, and has the fusion device from the movie that malfunctions to create Doctor Octopus. The design of the mechanical arms on the Doctor Octopus minifigure allow them to move and be posed in different ways to create any imagined scene.
