The LEGO Batman The Penguin minifigure is based on the Batman character of the same name, and comes packaged in only two different sets, making this figure somewhat rare. The figure features The Penguin's typical outfit of a tuxedo suit with purple details, monocle and top hat.

The top hat is a removable accessory, and other accessories include a diamond and umbrella. Both versions of the figure are the same. it is included with "The Penguin and Mr. Freeze's Invasion" as well as the "Attack of the Penguin" Scuba Jet playset. It is also intended for use with other LEGO Batman playsets.
